Rudolph Thomson

Rudolph Thomson, Managing Director of VaudRisk Sàrl is a former Director, Senior Credit Officer and International Staff member of Citigroup. During 28 years with Citigroup, he held positions in corporate banking, risk, general management, and corporate restructuring. Throughout his career, Mr. Thomson combined a reputation for initiating and building strong client relationships and significant earnings streams with an equally strong reputation as a results-oriented risk manager and innovator in restructuring and remedial management. He is one of a small group of international bankers whose interests and experience cover both business development and risk management. Mr. Thomson is a member of the Board of Governors of Opportunity International. He is a graduate of Rutgers University, New Brunswick, NJ and of the Columbia University Graduate School of Business, New York, NY.

Joseph F. Forte

Joseph F. Forte is Founder and Managing Director of Genesis Corporation, a risk management consulting and executive training company headquartered in Boston and Miami in the United States with clients in more than 40 countries spanning the world. He has taught banking and risk management in 4 languages across 33 countries. Mr Forte was a Professor at the Instituto de Empresa in Madrid, Spain for 9 years. Mr. Forte holds degrees from Harvard and John Hopkins Universities in the United States. He also studied at the University of Coimbra in Portugal.

Frederick Newman

Frederick Newman is a partner in Genesis Corporation, which he joined in Madrid in 1992. Prior to joining Genesis he worked in banking and finance for 18 years with Bank of Boston in New York, London and Madrid. Today, he supervises the Consulting Division. His projects include work for banks and non-bank financial firms in acquisitions and disposals, portfolio valuations and due-diligence, market studies, competitor analyses and benchmarking studies, talent searches, general management consulting, and design and implementation of risk measurement and management systems. Mr. Newman is a graduate of Harvard College and studied business at New York and Fordham Universities in New York. He has lectured at several Madrid area graduate schools of business.
